JULIANE CREMERS
Juliane is an experienced German real estate agent who emigrated from Berlin to the Côte d'Azur, fulfilling a personal dream. Before moving with her family to a former perfume factory in Grasse in 2022, she lived and worked in Cape Town, Rio de Janeiro, Amsterdam, and Berlin.
Juliane is our language talent and the expert for German and Dutch clients. With her open, cheerful, and warm manner, she immediately establishes a foundation of trust. She listens carefully, understands her clients' wishes, and accompanies them with passion and full commitment on their journey to finding their dream property.

Kim Boussard-Schwartz
Kim grew up in sunny Southern California and has successfully represented numerous clients in nearly every area of the real estate market since her license over 16 years ago. She has consistently achieved Top Producer status in Los Angeles and Orange County.
In 2019, she moved to the Côte d'Azur with her French husband and lives in Vallauris/Cannes. She is a strong negotiator who always advocates for her clients and fights for the best possible outcome. Having her on your side is a great advantage.

After a successful search, you will go to a German-speaking notary in Nice to sign the purchase contract (preliminary contract and final notarization) — so that all important questions can be clarified in your native language.
